Samsung Galaxy Express 2 review
Samsung Galaxy Express 2 design
The second generation of Samsung Galaxy Express is moderate in terms of size and weight. With 132.4 x 65.7 x 9.8 mm, 134.2 g 4.5- inch screen this phone is not small, but also not too large. Fits normally in your pocket, though a bit chubby as there are 9.8mm in the waist. Visually Samsung Galaxy Express 2 resembles the Galaxy S4 Mini, which is a very good thing. Personally I love the way Galaxy S4 Mini looks. Samsung Galaxy Express 2 looks like a solid phone with a great deal of convenience.Samsung Galaxy Express 2 screen
4.5-inch IPS LCD has a resolution of 540x960 pixels at 245 pixels per inch. For its class, the picture is quite good, with a solid sharpness. The larger font is easy to read, while the smaller ones may be a problem. The colors are not perfect. They look a bit washed out, so you should skip Samsung Galaxy Express 2 if this is to be a question for you. This screen has no light sensor so it can't automatically adjust the brightness. Therefore, in the sunlight readability of the content is a bit problematic. Samsung Galaxy Express 2 runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and TouchWizz interface. Therefore, the software is not the most recent, but Samsung tried to put a good skin. The interface looks very nice, and we also have useful features such as S Beam, Smart Stay and Screen Mirroring.Samsung Galaxy Express 2 specs and performance
Thanks to its dual-core processor, the experience with this phone is positive. The machine runs smoothly, even with demanding video games. Snapdragon S4 Plus processor does a very good job and eliminates any lags (largely thanks to the 1.5GB RAM). An Adreno 305 graphics is sufficient for the most gaming titles. Samsung Galaxy Express 2 has a decent 8GB of internal memory which can be expanded to a maximum of 64GB. However, you should know thatonly 4.5GB of memory it is available. Therefore, the memory card is imperative. Samsung Galaxy Express uses 2,100 mAh battery that you can easily remove. The battery is sufficient for two days of not too demanding use.Samsung Galaxy Express 2 camera
If the conditions are good, you can count on very good photos. 5MP camera with autofocus and LED flash and 0.3MP front-facing camera are something that Samsung Galaxy Express 2 offers. The camera interface is pretty good. It’s the same interface as Galaxy S4 and Note 3, which is rich in modes such as Panorama, Sports, Night, and others. The camera is quickly activated and also shoots fast. The 5MP sensor is not perfect, but the pictures are very good. The indoor photos are, as expected worse, with a lot of unnatural colors. Front camera is not high quality. It is used for video calls, but the image quality is bad. Video quality is average, with the mediocre level of details. Audio recording is ok, but with a lot of background noise.Samsung Galaxy Express 2 conclusion
With a slightly higher price than we can expect Samsung Galaxy Express 2 makes its own problem. This is a middle range device, but it’s among the more expensive in its environment. The reason for this is probably the LTE connection. If the high speed internet is not a priority for you, there are plenty of alternatives (Motorola Moto G or Nexus 4). But if you want LTE connection, then the HTC Desire 601 and Nokia Lumia 625 are good options. Photos:samsung.comLas categorías
