Symbian Belle - coming soon

Symbian OS is giving a lot of headache to Nokia and less and less users are going to buy new Nokia due to slow and not-so-flexible OS. But with new Symbian Belle OS there will be some progress definitely. If you can not decide between Nokia N8 (the best camera) or Nokia E7 (one of the best Qwerty smartphones) don't be afraid: we will give you info so you can easily decide for this models, including all Symbian Anna models.

All models with Anna OS will be update with Belle, but not all in the same time. To be honest, we expected that update for Anna will be ready long time ago, but Nokia announced that "older" models will receive the update in the beginning of the 2012. In the group of "old" models they put phones N8, E7, X7, C6-01, C7, Oro, E6, and 500.

And what will we get with new Belle?

Well, Anna OS is only the beginning of chain of updates and the it will continue in the future. Belle will give you more icons on the start screen (from three to six), including adjustable floating widgets, so user can easily organize start page. And that's not all. There will be drop-down menu and task bar with info and alerts, and the fastest search engine for Symbian today, with three times faster downloading and comfort of PC browsing (including full Flash support).

But one the most important thing about this update is NFC support (Near Field Communication). It allows on easy way to share contacts, video and image files with other models that have NFC, but also with headsets or speakers.

Nokia models with Symbian Anna OS are 700and 701 model. Be patient until new Belle arrives and than you can explore it even more!
