HTC Sense 6.0 features

We are dying for 25^thof March when HTC will introduce its new HTC One (M8). In addition to the new flagship model, HTC also made new HTC Sense 6.0, according to the latest rumors. While the look and features of the new HTC One are less or more already known, the presentation of HTC Sense 6.0 could be a big deal. Logically, we expect HTC Sense 6.0 right up with new HTC One, which should put HTC in a position to fight with Samsung and Sony, that already have models with KitKat Android operating system.

HTC Sense 6.0 without weather widget

If you expect originality from HTC Sense 6.0 don't get your hopes up. The new interface greatly resembles the HTC Sense 5.5. BlikFeed is still there. Little things has been redesigned, but not excessively. Home screen now looks refreshing and with more style. Any change is welcome, right?

HTC Sense 6.0 brings minimalist icon design. That's something that started back with HTC Sense 5.0 and continued through version 5.5. The biggest change is that there is no weather widget, that was unnecessary.

HTC Sense 6.0 brings new features that allow you to activate certain functions when the phone is locked. There is a double tap to wake up the phone, swiping aside to activate certain widgets etc. In this way you are able to quickly activate necessary functions. Also, double tapping the home button takes you to the recent apps.

HTC Sense 6.0 has an x button on the top of the screen that offers to simply kill all active apps at once. The camera interface is quite cluttered with clear options that are commonly used.

HTC Sense 6.0 has premiere on 25 March, but so far no word on whether the update will hit HTC One, HTC One mini and HTC One max, but it is reasonable to expect that to happen.
