Design of Motorola Defy+
If you take a first look, you will have some problems to spot difference between new model and the old one. With the exact dimensions 107 x 59 x 13.4 mm for both models, and with 3.7inch of display you can say that it's the same model. When you take it in your hand, you will be even more confused - it's the same weigh of 118 g. You have 4 buttons for navigation on both models as well. So, by design - you will not spot the difference.
It's made in black and white color.
Specifications
Motorola Defy+ is better in couple of things compared with older brother. First thing is better processor of 1GHz, compared to 800 MHz in Defy. Other thing is better battery of 1700 mAh, which will give you up to 384h in standby mode. Display is the same - 3.7 inch TFT display with 16M colors and resolution of 480 x 854 p. Display is protected with Gorilla glass, so no scratches on this display. User interface is MOTOBLUR UI, which is the same like on Defy. That is actually good: you will change the phone, but all interface navigation is the same.
The only camera is back side positioned with 5MP, with autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging and image stabilization.
Internal memory card is 2GB, but with microSD port it is expendable up to 32GB.
Brain of the Motorola Defy+ is 1GHz processor, supported with Android OS v2.3 (Gingerbread). Gingerbread is one of few innovations on this model.
Other supported technology are WiFi,Bluetoothv2.1, GPRS, EDGE, 3G (HSDPA and HSUPA), microUSB v2.0, 3.5' audio out,Stereo FM radio with RDS and GPS support.
- Motorola Defy+
We are not sure about new Motorola Defy+: it's the physically the same model like the older brother, but with better processor, operative system and better battery. If that's what was annoying you about Defy+, then this is the phone for you.
