HTC Desire 700 review
HTC Desire 700 design
This is a little bit chubby phone. With 10.3 mm at the waist, HTC Desire 700 may not be the champion of fitness, but it's still nice to use. The phone has a form conducive to reaching all parts of the screen with one hand, which is a big plus. Back of the phone is pretty to look at, but its surface is quite glide and attracts fingerprints. However this phone has rather large dimensions (145.5 x 72 x 10.3 mm) and note that it is difficult to place in any pocket. Back of the phone can be easily taken off. Beneath the surface there are two micro SIM slots, and a memory card slot. There is also a battery pack which can be easily removed. It is rarely seen on the new models, but with HTC there are no surprises in this regard. Otherwise, the battery is very generous and suits for 11 and a half hour of talk time and more than three weeks in standby mode. HTC Desire 700 gives the impression of well-made phone. The external keys are nicely spaced and while using the phone we had no problems with them. They're easy to reach and respond nicely to the touch.HTC Desire 700 screen
This display astonishes by its size, not image quality. With 540x960 pixels no one will be fascinated, as well as with 220 pixels per inch. This means that text and images are not crystal clear. Pixels are noticeable, but it does not matter because you quickly get used to it. The colors are slightly cooler, while the black is shown as gray. Visibility to the outside light was good. HTC Sense 5.0 in the mix with 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Android looks good. It's certainly not the most recent software tandem, but it is quite sufficient for nice work. The user interface looks clean and clear, and all the important information is shown through BlinkFeed. You get the impression that the whole interface was done with a lot of taste. All looks fine, not shiny like Samsung UI.HTC Desire 700 specs and performance
This phone, that allows you to be available on both SIM cards, works on quad-core Snapdragon processor 200. The processor has 1.2 GHz of speed and it’s one of the slowest that this manufacturer of component offers. Therefore, you can’t expect miracles from Desiree 700. However, for the majority of the operations is very grateful. Mainly because of 1GB of RAM. That's enough for up to 9 apps active at the same time. For a normal human being more than enough. For those who love the Internet, it is important that HTC Desire 700 carries quite well with the browsing. Phone has 8GB of internal memory, but the user has about 4.7 GB. Fortunately, there is a microSD slot for up to 64GB.HTC Desire 700 camera
HTC Desire 700 is equipped with a good 8MP camera. There is also an LED flash. On the front side is located a secondary camera of 2.1 MP. The camera’s interface is very good. Easy to use and offers a number of options for shooting. The camera is relatively responsive. Photos are usually darker than they are in reality. The colors are accurate and they give life to the photos. In indoor conditions photos look good, but the problem is too strong flash that sometimes can spoil the outcome.HTC Desire 700 conclusion
In the world of dual SIM phones HTC Desire 700 is somewhere at the top. Dual SIM active option, with good audio capabilities, large screen and good camera are recommendation for purchase. On the other hand, its price coincides with some really great models that offer full HD screens and more powerful camera, but not the dual SIM option. Anyway, HTC Desire 700 is one of the best choices at the moment. Photos:htc.comCategories
