If you have 70$ extra, you can buy Camera Grip extra gear, which is consisting of cartridge with the extra battery, special shooter button and even the stand of the camera. That's all for this camera, but there is another one on Nokia Lumia 1020. It is placed on the front side of the phone and it has 1.2MP. But don't be foolish by that amount of MP, because it can makes HD video!
