Xperia E3 is Sony's most affordable Android phone yet

While we expect new Xperia Z3, Sony had more work to do. The Japanese manufacturer released its cheapest smartphone yet. If you are limited by the budget, the new Xperia E3 might be something you're looking for. This Android KitKat phone bring stylish look of some more priced Xperias, but keeps in mind you don't have much money to spend. Since this is still hot device, Sony hasn't specified the price yet, but still it will be the lowest priced phone in Xperia's history. The start of shipping hasn't confirmed also, but according to Sony's chair persons, the new Xperia E3 will be on sale later this year.

Sony Xperia E3 has chunky body

There's no need to be a rocket scientist to identify chunky body and wide bezels around the screen as typical low cost elements. The new E3 has almost identical dimensions like Z1 Compact. But, unlike the Z1 Compact, the E3 hasn’t metal body, which is quite understandable. We get used to see Sony's smarphones with IP certificates, but this one isn't waterproof. That's something Sony still keeps for higher-end devices. Consequently, water and dust resist phones are more expensive so if you plan to dive and take underwater shoots you should add some extra cash and purchase some more equipped phone.

The phone brings 4.6-inch low resolution display. With 854x480 pixel resolution the latest Xperia can't provide crispness like more expensive cousins. The quad-core 1.2GHz processor is in charge for running the device. At the back the phone has 5MP camera. Also, the low resolution front-facing camera is here too.
