The war between Apple and Samsung goes on!

We all thought it was the end of the war between Apple and Samsung when a court in California brought a verdict that the South Korean Samsung company is guilty of intellectual property and patent stealing from the America’s wealthiest Apple company. The verdict obliged Samsung to pay an astronomic 1.05 billion fine to the Apple company. According to some rumors, Samsung did pay the fine but it was “spiced” with a high dose of manager humor. They paid the fine in COINS. Actually they paid the fine with a 35 truck load of coins! True or not, the war between Apple and Samsung goes on, because a week ago Apple sued Samsung again, demanding the South Korean company to withdraw 22 phone models, mostly the Galaxy series from the US market. A great audience is closely monitoring the process [caption id="attachment_2846" align="alignleft" width="300"] The war between Apple and Samsung goes on[/caption] Because of the most recent events between these two companies, most of the phone market analysts but also the mobile phone technology business competition are carefully watching the further development of this situation. Its well known that Samsung is Apple one of the largest hardware and phone component suppliers, and some people say that Apple first of all needs to blame itself for getting into this situation, and that the guilt is partially their for letting Samsung become its biggest competition and business rival. If these allegations are proved in court, this could mean a very serious setback for the Samsung. The mentioned, let’s call it a, “black list” of phones that should be stopped from further US sail are the next :

Apple kept this list “opened” until further product analysis because of the suspicion that more phone models had been copied from their technologies. The verdict was clear, but… [caption id="attachment_2849" align="alignleft" width="300"] What will the new verdict be?[/caption] My personal opinion is that even if Samsung did took a few “under belt punches” to the competition, and did use some of the foundations of the US. Company, the rest of the work was made in their own style, and I would even dare to say that they fairly beaten Apple in some segments of the devices. What the future holds Here comes the tricky part. This all happens just before the Apple-s iPhone 5 release. The Samsung Galaxy 3 had made some historical achievement , it had been sold in a fantastic 10 million copies just in the first 2 month of its sale. The Apple-s iPhone 5 is a high quality product and there’s no doubt in that, but it will really have to “work hard” to reach that kind of sale numbers. Apple intended iPhone 5 as the Samsung‘s Galaxy 3 main opponent but some rumors emerged that Samsung has the Galaxy S4 already developed .There is an opinion that the greatest disadvantage of the Apple its inability to keep up with Samsung and it’s unbelievable model developing speed and market release. This battle will be a tough one , there is no doubt about it and we are all eager to see what will come out of this lawsuit because this new yet to come verdict may drastically change the mobile telecommunication market as we know it.
