Moto E is new Motorola's bestseller

This is the new Motorola's phone. The new Moto E is not going far from the actual models Moto G and Moto X. Moto E is officially released and it's the first Motorola's smartphone after Google sold the company to Lenovo. If some of you think that Moto E isn't much different that Moto G, you should know it takes a lot of time to build a completely new smartphone. Lenovo has decided to keep things in this way, which is quite easier at this moment than to start a new and unpredictable way of creating a brand new smartphone. This is a new budget 4.3-inch smartphone with a with cute and chubby appearance. This is the direction that Motorola is going. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon on 1,2GHz, Moto E isn't as fast as some demanding user might wanted, but it's certainly a fresh model thanks to KitKat Android.

Moto E is even cheaper than Moto G

Motorola already marked Moto E as an affordable phone, with a "price for all". That sounds similar to Moto G, a mid range device, with more than decent performance for a very good price. Actually, the Moto E is a device which can provide a great smartphone experience without spending a lot of money. The same thing was with the fastest selling smartphone in history. You guess. It's exactly Moto G.

Moto E specs

The Moto E packs 4.3-inch screen (540 x 960 qHD, with 256ppi ), dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM and 4GB of storage. Also, the phone will have microSD slot for some extra GBs. Similar to Moto G, the new Moto will use 5MP camera and dual SIM slots (optional version), 1,980mAh battery with removable back panel. The Moto E will miss LTE, as also as front facing camera, and the main camera has no flash!

Moto E design

The phone is made of plastic, but it doesn't feel like typical cracking plastic phone. It has high build quality and it doesn't show this is a low cost device. It has nicely curved edges, so it should fit good into hands.

Moto E price and sell

First talks about Moto E suggest this device could costs around 110 euros. Beside the price, the focusing on developing markets is obvious by the dual SIM feature, which is very popular there. Based on that, we can expect Moto E to be a new bestseller.
